Nulidad del Auto 690/24.
Con el precitado Auto se resolvió el conflicto de competencia radicado bajo el número ICC-4598.
No obstante, la Sala Plena de la Corporación estudió de manera errada el ICC 4589, el cual, ya había sido resuelto con el Auto 490/24.
Con base en lo anterior, de oficio se declaró la NULIDAD del Auto 690/24 y se remitió el expediente al despacho del magistrado sustanciador, para que adelante nuevamente el trámite correspondiente, de acuerdo con los términos previstos en el Acuerdo 02 de 2015 y demás normas que resulten aplicables.

- Primero. DECLARAR LA NULIDAD de oficio del Auto 690 del diez (10) de abril de 2024 que resolvió un conflicto de competencia en materia de tutela que había sido decidido por esta Corporación en el Auto 490 del seis (6) de marzo de 2024.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-4598 al despacho del magistrado sustanciador para que adelante nuevamente el trámite correspondiente, de acuerdo con los términos previstos en el Acuerdo 02 de 2015 y demás normas que resulten aplicables.
